A "welcome pack" is provided for all our guests that includes a selection of teas, coffees, drinking chocolate, sugar, milk, breads, butter, jams, orange juice, biscuits and a selection of cereals to help make your stay effortless and comfortable. Bed linen and towels are chnaged on a weekly basis. A 20% deposit is required to secure any booking with the balance to be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival.
