Our newly renovated cottage sits in a very quite cul-de-sac with picturesque gardens stretching onto privately shared gardens that back onto the River Ember which is a tributary of the nearby River Thames at Hampton Court. It is a luxury fitted cottage with full gas central heating and 2 bathrooms, with hot water on demand, yet it retains its old world charm and is 4-Star Rated by The English Tourist Board.

The cottage contains 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, a double loft bedroom with wonderful views over the River Ember and our spectacular gardens and a further cosy double bedroom (4ft bed). There is also a travel cot and high chair now available for families with babies or very young children and these are provided free of charge with prior notice.

The property has a luxury fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances including an automated dishwasher, washing machine, touch sensitive hob, automatic oven, microwave cooker, 4 slice automatic toaster, freezer and a large fridge. A "welcome pack" is provided for all our guests that includes a selection of teas, coffees, drinking chocolate, sugar, milk, breads, butter, orange juice, biscuits and a selection of cereals to help make your stay effortless and comfortable.

The sliding patio doors of the lounge open directly onto an old York stone terrace with a barbecue area that overlooks the picturesque landscaped garden and the River Ember to make the most of al fresco dining during the long summer months.

The cottage also includes secure garage parking for one car and off road parking for another. The property has all modern comforts and is ideally situated for exploring the many attractions that the South of England has to offer including of course, London. Naturally, this is the ideal property for exhibitors/visitors for the Hampton Court Flower Show, A Country Affair at Hampton Court Palace and Sandown Park and therefore early booking is strongly advised for these venues.
