Special Policies
50% deposit is required for each week booked. If booked within 8 weeks of departure then full balance must be paid when booking. Please note that bed linen is included in the rental rate but towels are not. Towels and tea towels can be provided but there is an extra charge for this. You are advised to enquire when booking, however you may bring your own towels. Due to the nature of the age of the property, the stairs to the first floor are steeper than average and the stairs to the attic are very steep. Some elderly and infirm people may not be able to manage these, so please bear in mind when booking.
