Special Policies
Weekend Breaks Two nights are available at certain times of the year. Please enquire. Electricity & water rates are included in the rental payment. Bed linen & tea towels are available free of charge. Payments: On booking a 50% deposit is required and the balance 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Arrival/ Departure Persons renting are asked not to arrive before 4pm and on departure days before 10am. This allows a thorough clean to be made of the property. On arrival a security deposit of £150 is required for possible breakages etc. and if nobody has smoked inside the apartment. This is refunded on departure. It is necessary to contact the owner near to the commencement of the holiday to state a time of expected arrival on the due date. The final clean up charge is £30 . On booking a 50% deposit is required and the balance 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.Availability
