Suitable for a quiet retreat it is the middle of three properties which were accommodation for the Butler, the Carpenter and the Gardener for Boxley House. Boxley house is now the European School of Osteopathy. There are low ceilings throughout the cottage and there is gas central heating. Two bedrooms but access to the second is through the first. Styles Lane is off the main road through the village and is in a quiet location close to the Pilgrims Way. Central for touring Kent. Beautiful Leeds Castle is 10 mins away by car, Chatham Dockyard 20 mins and the nearest seaside 30 mins. The cottage is not suitable without a car. The village pub serves good meals at reasonable rates and throughout the low season has a welcoming wood fire burning in the inglenook fireplace. The nearest shop 1.25 miles. There is a very limited bus service. Bluewater shopping complex is 30 mins away. Locally there are Several large supermarkets.
