The barn accommodation has electricity as its sole power and is equipped with a television and DVD. The kitchen has a cooker with oven and grill, microwave, fridge and a washer/dryer. Heating and hot water is also electric. There is a large open plan lounge area with colour TV, comfy sofas and armchair and wood burning stove. The kitchen and dining area are on a lower level. The galleried family bedroom has a double and two single beds which can be divided off.

There is a ground floor twin bedded room.

Bathroom with bath, basin and toilet.

A cot and highchair are available on request.

There is a covered patio in the private walled garden with ample chairs and tables; ideal for meals al fresco.

Metered electricity that accepts pound coins.

Bed linen, towels, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are all supplied.

There is off road parking for two cars.

Dogs are only allowed under special circumstances and by prior arrangement.
