This apartment has full panoramic sea views over Ventnor Bay and the beach from its lounge/diner.  The French doors lead onto it’s own balcony, equipped with patio table and chairs.  There is a separate fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with w.c. About Marina Apartments

The 6 self-contained holiday apartments are all graded by the English Tourist Council at 4 star. Each modern apartment has it’s own individual layout, all are attractive, comfortable and spacious. Each self catering apartment has independent access via it’s own front door at the rear of the building.

Within each of the fully carpeted holiday apartments, all rooms lead off a main hallway allowing independent access from the sleeping areas to the kitchen and bath / shower room. Each comfortable lounge has easy seating, colour television, dvd player, and video recorder. The fully equipped, separate kitchen includes full sized electric cooker, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker.

Some apartments have an American Style Wall Bed in the lounge to give an extra sleeping area. This fully sprung, double bed is made up for your use and is folded back against the wall and concealed behind louvre doors during the day. When required, it is lowered down and ready for use.

Each apartment has it’s own electric heating and fitted with £1 meters.

The property now known as ‘Marina Apartments’, originally built in 1844 as a gentleman’s residence, was one of the earlier houses built in Ventnor by the Victorians. It has recently been converted to 6 spacious 1 and 3 bedroomed self-catering family holiday apartments sleeping from 2 to 9 people. Facing south on a quiet private road, it is central to Ventnor Bay, in a prime location and close to the beach, with stunning panoramic beach and sea views.

Ventnor has a safe and sheltered bathing beach, which is approximately 50 metres from Marina Apartments. Direct access to the sea front and beach is made easy from the apartments by a footpath leading from our quiet private road. Ventnor town centre, for shopping and buses, is situated about 150 metres to the rear of the apartments, accessible via steps up the hillside or by road for the less enthusiastic. There is also a good selection of restaurants, take-aways and public houses within a short walking distance.
