This charming cottage is nestled in the beautiful east Wight countryside, adjoining National Trust woodland, renowned for its carpets of bluebells and red squirrels. The cottage commands wonderful views towards the sea and Culver Cliffs as well as of St George''s Downs and the Ventnor Downs. Visitors have the freedom to enjoy over three acres of garden and private woodland. The sandy beaches of Sandown and Shanklin are only a seven minute drive away by car.Beaulieu Cottage has 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single room. The latter is reached by passing through the twin bedroom. It has an attractive and comfortable sitting room, with a colour TV and video recorder; a modern bathroom on the ground floor; a well equipped kitchen/breakfast room with electric cooker, microwave and refrigerator. A tumble dryer and washing machine are also provided. At each end of the cottage there is a sunny conservatory for relaxing and having meals whilst enjoying the beautiful views. Garden furniture is available. Beaulieu Cottage is well equipped and has been attractively furnished with much care in traditional style. Electric radiators keep the cottage warn. All heating and electricity are provided free of charge. A telephone is available for guests to make outgoing calls.Beaulieu is one of two adjoining cottages and offers a lovely peaceful location for a holiday. The adjoining cottage is used as an occasional retreat by the owner''s mother. There is no passing traffic and wild rabbits are frequent early morning and evening visitors to the garden. Guests can enjoy lovely walks directly from the cottage by following the footpaths and bridle ways through the woods or towards the downs. Keen fishermen may make arrangements to fish in the lake which is only a few minutes walk along the lane. Private parking spaces available close to the cottage.
