'Waverly' is an ideally situated in the village of 'Lydhurst', between Southampton and Bouthmouth, facing the open New forest, and with the 'New Forest Golf club two hundred yards away. The cottage is located on the outskirts of the Village so is therefore uneffected by the hustle and bustle during the busy summer season, but only a few minutes walk from the village centre, which boast several restaurants, pubs and hotels.There are many assorted shops which cater for all visitors needs, as well as the 'New Forest Visitor Centre and Museum' where all the New forest attractions and events are fully publicised.The cosy accomodation, which benefits from gas central heating and double glazing, offers self- catering for up to six people. (Pets by arrangement). There is a downstairs closet aswell as an upstairs bathroom. The sleeping arrangements are, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a double sofa bed in a lounge.The kitchen id fully fitted with didhwasher; eye level electric oven, four ring electric hob, mocrowave oven, toaster, fridge/ freezer and all the utensils and cutlery anybody could need. The utility area has a washing machine and tumble drier.The open plan day room has an extended dinning table with seating for six and two sofas, with colour televsion and video. stereo music centre, for radio taped and CD's ans a payphone.Outside is a fenced front garden. and at the rear. a patio area with garden table and chairs.
