We have a separate annexe to our home here which has the following accommodation:- Kitchen/dining room with gas cooker, microwave and fridge, sitting room with wood burning stove and settee/double bed, bedroom with two single beds, washroom with toilet and shower, tiled throughout.

The annexe is simply furnished in cottage style but fully fitted out with carpets in the bedroom and sitting room. Bedding, bath mat and tea towels are provided but there is an additional charge of £5.00 per head for linen (pillow cases, duvet covers, bottom sheets and personal towels) if required. Cooking gas and wood (in winter) are provided with electricity paid at cost by meter. There is television. 

There is a chestnut tree outside to the front and a small private garden behind. There is ample concrete parking in front. It used to be used by our mother and hence the nickname ‘Granary’. The site is quiet with trees and fields all round.  The property is a smallholding with a paddock and some woodland. The house and annexe are well set back from the lane in a garden of about three quarters of an acre. It is approximately half a mile from the open forest and from the village of Bashley which has a general store and Post Office. The lane is unmade up beyond us and safe for children. It is a good bicycling area. New Milton is 2 miles away and the sea with safe bathing beaches 4 miles.  Christchurch is 10 miles away and Lymington 7.
