Santana House is a three storey, four bedroom town house overlooking the marina at Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne. The house sleeps six comfortably and consists of: 2nd Floor - Master bedroom with double bed, which is en suite with a power shower; two single bedrooms with views over the marina, and a family bathroom with power shower. All rooms have central heating. 1st Floor - Large lounge with TV/DVD/Video and French doors to a balcony with views over the marina and entrance to the harbour (yachts pass right in front of the house as they sail out to sea, which is a 3 minute walk away); and one twin bedroom with two single beds. Ground Floor - Kitchen/diner with all up to date appliances including cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. French doors lead to a *safe walled garden *overlooking the marina with garden furniture; a ground floor cloak room, garage and parking for a further two cars. Sovereign Harbour, The waterfront at Sovereign Harbour is Eastbourne's new international experience. Sovereign Harbour is Northern Europe's largest marina and boasts 4 harbours, all linked by pedestrian bridges. A trip around the harbour on our resident tour boat 'The African Queen is a must. The waterfront is an exciting mix of continental style shops and restaurants including Italian, Mexican, Thai, wine bars and a large family pub. A 5 minute walk from the house is a large shopping precinct with shops such as ASDA, Matalan, Next and many more, plus a six screen cinema. Things to do A five minute drive from our house is the Sovereign Centre, a great favourite with the children. It boasts a wave pool, a fantastic water slide and a whirlpool. A few minute walk from the Sovereign Centre is Fort Fun and Treasure Island. This is a theme park packed with things to do for the children.
