It is 3/4 mile from the centre of the old historic town of Hailsham, 6 miles from Eastbourne. The Coast, Beachy Head, downland, woodland, beautiful countryside & marshland are all within a radius of 6 miles, with some only a few hundred yards away! Each sleeps 24, dines 24 and seats 24 comfortably HAILSHAM is an extremely good base with Brighton 20 miles and Hastings 18 miles away, Lewes & Battle both 12 miles away. Englands capital London is 55 miles away. Accommodation ground floor: Large hall, spacious lounge with television video, DVD radio and CD Player. The dining room accommodates 12 people comfortably. Next is a Buttermilk and Pearwood kitchen with integrated dishwasher, 5 Gas hob with stainless steel cooker under, microwave and kettle etc. (all stainless steel) washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge freezer. The patio leading off the Kitchen with garden table and chairs. Off the hall is the games room which is 5m x 2.8m with table tennis, snooker/pool table, football etc. This room is a garage with twelve lights, windows, gch & same decoration and flooring as the rest of the house. Following along the hall is a good size shower room with double shower, toilet & washand basin. Three bedrooms: 2 medium bedrooms with twin 3' single beds and one good size double bedroom with 4'6" double bed and en-suite shower room with toilet, wash hand basin and shower. First Floor: The front Master Bedroom is 5 metres x 6 metres+ and has three single beds with wooden maple flooring. There is a full bathroom with bath, wash hand basin, toilet and separate shower. Last but not least is the largest bedroom being 6.5 metres x 5.25 metres approx. This is a dorma bedroom with four single 3' beds. The property has full gas central heating. Children are welcome and the property is available year round. Prices for 12 people: £840 per week (low season) to £1135 per week (high season). Weekend rental available i.e 3 days/nights from £505.
