This spacious cottage enjoys a tranquil position on the banks of the River Eden in Cumbria. It is situated within 100 acres of the owner's land, around which visitors are free to roam. It is an excellent base for walking the Eden Valley, the Pennine Hills and the Yorkshire Dales. Free fishing for one is available in season (march - september) on river close by. Just two miles away is Kirkby Stephen which provides everyday shops and dining facilities. The old town of Sedbergh, with interesting shops and restaurants along its narrow cobbled streets, is also easily accessed along a very scenic route. Only one hours drive away from the lake district. Heating , electricity and bedding included. Three Star Tourist Board Grading. 1 pet welcome (£15 per week charge).
