Lakeside Cottage is conveniently located between Windermere and Ambleside. It is set in five acres of landscaped grounds, leading to the shore of Lake Windermere, offering lake access and use of the private jetty and stunning views of the lake and the Langdale Pikes.

The property offers high quality furnishings, equipment and gas central heating. Every thought has gone into making the property comfortable and luxurious, in a beautiful setting.

The entrance opens into a spacious welcoming open plan lounge/ dining and kitchen area, which is flooded with light from the full length feature window to the front of the property and French doors to the side, which open onto a furnished patio area.

Stairs lead to a large double bedroom with king-size bed, which leads to modern en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, W.C. and basin. The bedroom boasts views over the lake and to the fells beyond.

There can be few properties that are located in such a delightful and advantageous position, so close to the lake and offering lake frontage and private jetty for launching boats and canoes, fishing or simply enjoying the views.

The local bus stop and water taxi (at the neighbouring Lake District Visitors Centre) are a few hundred yards away, with restaurants, and local shops all within easy walking distance, use of a car is not essential to explore the surrounding area.
