Payment Methods
Special Policies
A £100 per week deposit is payable on booking and the balance of the rent is due 6 weeks before the holiday commences, however the total rent is due on booking when it is made within 8 weeks of the holiday. In the event of cancellation the visitor remains responsible for any loss to the landlords if they are unable to re-let for the full price, therefore cancellation insurance is advised.
