Downstairs there is a large kitchen, a dining room and a utility room/conservatory. The dining table seats 14 (& upto 3 high chairs). The large kitchen is geared for catering for large numbers - 2 electric cookers (ie 2 ovens 2 grills, 8 hot plates), a shoulder high upright freezer & a matcing larder fridge, 2 kettles, 2 toasters, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a rotary clothes line outside.
