The accommodation in this stone building is in the heart of Old Berwick, but minutes from the historic ramparts, golf course, beaches and shopping. It can sleep up to 12 people, dedicated bedrooms sleeping a total of 7 persons, with two of the living areas sleeping up to 5 more persons if required. A lot can be provided in addition on request. The establishment is strictly non smoking.Attractive outdoor seating is provided, but due to limited outdoor play space, we would recommend that the accommodation is not suitable for families with children between the ages if 18 mths and 8 yrs. Pets are welcome by arrangement with the proprietor.The house has full central heating, linen is provided, and reasonable use of gas and electricity is included in the charge arranged at the time of booking. Stairs lead up from a small bootroom/lobby to a large sitting room area. French windows lead on to a generous sunny verandah, which in turn overlooks a small, attractively planted courtyard. From the sitting room there leads a fully equipped kitchenette, dining room, shower room, double and family bedroom on the first floor. On the second floor there is a large studio living room/double bedroom, a twin bedroom (with en suite washroom) and family bathroom, all within a self-contained space. This studio flat has its own private entrance/exit via a spiral staircase from the small but pleasant courtyard garden.The house is on a weekly basis Saturday to Saturday. Outgoing tenants must depart by about 10am and incoming tenants can arrive after 3pm to allow for changeover.
