The ground floor of this superb very spacious cottage offers a lounge with colour television, video and radio/cassette/CD player, a fully equipped dining/kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave oven and fridge/freezer and separate utility room with washer/drier. Once upstairs there are two large bedrooms a double and a triple. They both share the bathroom, which has an electric shower over the bath.

Adjoining the Farmhouse and adjacent to the Beadnell road, Mrs Fordy's Cottage, with it's own lawned garden and ample parking for 2 cars, has the privacy and space needed to relax.
