Two neighbouring cottages located in the tiny village of Copley with beautiful views of the countryside. Both properties provide comfortable accommodation for 2 people. Sofabed also available in both cottages. In an area of outstanding natural beauty, these two cosy cottages enjoy lovely views over fields and countryside to the rear and large gardens to the front. Set in the middle of a little row of cottages in the tiny village of Copley, they lie just 5 miles from the ancient market town of Barnard Castle, also home to the Bowes Museum. There are wonderful rambles throughout Teesdale and Weardale (an old lead mine is within a 10 minute walk), and cycling, pony trekking, fishing and golf can be enjoyed close by. Hamsterley Forest, High Force waterfall and Raby Castle are easily accessible. Copley boasts a pub serving food and there is a good Thai restaurant in Ingleton, 10 minutes' drive. Shops 2 miles.
