Decor: Except for the vinyl flooring in the kitchen area, the cottage is carpeted throughout in rose coloured carpet, there is mahogany stained woodwork, white walls & ceiling, floral curtaining coordinates with bed linen etc. The kitchen area is part wall tiled with patterned tiling as is the bathroom. There are pictures in all the rooms mostly original works and often for sale.

Living Room - about 3.5m x 4.5m. Fully upholstered three piece suite, occasional tables, a radiant gas fire supplements electric storage heating. Lit by wall lighting and standard lights.

Dining Room - about 3.1m x 4.7m. Substantial table with 6 dining chairs. Corner unit book shelving with books and games. Lit by dimming wall lights.

Bedroom 1 - about 4.7 m x 3.2 m. Double bed, wardrobe, cupboard and dressing table. There is room for an additional folding bed.

Bedroom 2 - 2.6m x 2.3m, twin beds which can be converted to bunk beds in which case the room could take 3 children, built in wardrobe, vanity unit.

Bathroom - about 2.3 x 2.6m square. WC, wash basin and bath with over bath shower, Electric Fan Heater.

Kitchen - about 2.9m x 3.5m. There is a dishwasher in this fully equipped kitchen with pine finished kitchen units.

Heating: The kitchen has a timed electric heater and the bath room an electric fan heater. All rooms, except the kitchen, have electric storage heaters. There is a radiant balanced flue gas fire in the living room.

Electrical equipment: Colour TV, VCR, radio/CD player, wireless, vacuum cleaner, iron, electric blankets, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine.

Outside Parking: The cottage is near the ample car park and there is space immediately outside the cottage where a car may be drawn up for loading and unloading.

Patio There is quite an extensive patio area which extends over the whole front of the cottage. It is stone flagged with table and chairs. There is ample space for the portable barbecue
