Studio Cottage - Sleeps 2 - Pets Welcome
The smallest of our cottages, Studio, is ideal for two people. It has a bathroom, double bedroom and large living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting room. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room if guests wish to sleep separately. The cottage is on one level and suitable for guests of limited mobility.
Smoking allowed in this cottage.

Barn Cottage - Sleeps 4 - Pets Welcome
Originally a grain store, its high ceilings and spaciousness are unusual for a country cottage. There is a good-sized sitting room with open stairs to the first floor which has a spacious double bedroom, a twin bedroom and the bathroom. The dining room leads from the sitting room to a separate kitchen. with a washing machine. Smoking allowed in this cottage.

Low Barn Cottage - Sleeps 4 (5 with extra bed). Pets Welcome
This cottage is ideal if a member of your party has limited mobility. All areas except the second bedroom are wheelchair accessible. The entrance hallway leads to the bathroom, a double bedroom, and a good-size kitchen/dining room. A ramp leads to the sitting room from which there is level floor to a twin bedroom large enough for an extra bed. No smoking in this cottage.

West Cottage - Sleeps 4 (or 6 with extra beds) Sorry, no pets.
Our largest cottage. Both bedrooms can accommodate an extra folding bed or the understairs alcove can hold two beds. There is a big sitting room with an open staircase leading to the first floor with the bathroom, one twin and one double bedroom. The kitchen/dining room leads from the sitting room. No smoking in this cottage.

Farm & Middle Cottages - Each sleep 2 (and will sleep up to 4 people if 2 folding beds are used) Sorry, no pets.
These two cottages are very similar and they are perhaps the most like ‘a traditional country cottage’ of all our cottages. Upstairs each has a bathroom and a good sized double bedroom which can take an extra folding bed. The fair sized sitting rooms downstairs have matching sofa and easy chair.They have open fires and we provide free firewood. There are modest-sized kitchen/dining rooms overlooking the meadows at the back of the farm. No smoking in these cottages.
