Pets are welcome in Studio Cottage and smoking is allowed in the cottage sitting room.

Decor: Except for the vinyl flooring in the kitchen area, the cottage is carpeted throughout, there is mahogany stained woodwork, white walls and ceiling, floral curtaining coordinates with bed linen etc. The kitchen area is part tiled with rose mosaic tiling, as is the bathroom with buff tiling. There are pictures in all the rooms mostly original works and often for sale.

Living Area - about 4m x 7m
Fully upholstered two person settee which converts to a bed where guests wish to sleep separately; upholstered fireside chair, trolley table. Fully fitted kitchen area with microwave cooker and 4 burner gas stove, island breakfast bar with stools.

Bedroom - about 2.5m x 4m
Double bed with under bed storage, combined wardrobe and dressing table fitment. This room is not suitable for a cot in addition to the bed.

Bathroom - about 2m square
The bathroom has just been refurbished (August 03), with a brand new suite and carpet. WC, wash basin and bath with over bath shower.

Heating: Three electric storage heaters with a radiant gas fire in the living room.

Electrical equipment: Colour TV, VCR, wireless, radio/CD player, fridge/freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron, electric blankets.

Suitability for the disabled. The cottage is rated to have an accessibility rating as level 3 (pre-2002 gradings) by the English Tourism Council. Suitable for a person who can manage up to 2 steps.

Outside Parking: The cottage has its own parking space immediately outside the front door.

Patio: The stone flagged patio faces west gaining the afternoon sun and westerly gales. There is a bench seat, small table and a boot holder. There is space for the portable barbecue.
