Special Policies

 The rental rates vary with the number of people. i.e. Two people would be £850 per week. Three people would be £925 per week. Four people would be £975 per week, all rates are fully inclusive. The only other charge is a refundable security deposit of £100. The telephone is a payphone and the internet service is free, wireless. Five people would be £925 per week. All rates are inclusive of tax, service charges, utilities and there's garage secure parking in the basement for one car. The apartment is fully fitted and well equipped for self catering. Towels and linens are provided and a weekly clean and change of linens is also included. All we ask is a small security deposit of £100 which is refundable after your stay. There is a strickly No-smoking policy. Telephone calls are paid for as and when you use the apartment telephone. There is a connection point for your own computer use.
