Roseland and its Annexe are two adjoining country homes situated in Clifton Village, a small hamlet just off the A38, approximately 5 miles from Worcester City. The main house has bed & breakfast accommodation, while the Annexe is let on a self-catering basis (or B & B when free). The M5 and M50 motorways are both 15 minutes away, allowing easy access from North and South.The Annexe is a fully equipped modern bungalow. The centrally heated accommodation includes two bedrooms (double and single), bathroom with separate shower cubicle, utility room, large kitchen/dining room, sitting room and conservatory. A three seater bed-settee also opens out into a full size double bed, so the Annexe can sleep up to five people.There is half an acre of garden at Roseland, which visitors are welcome to enjoy, plus plenty of off road parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the annexe and garden, at no extra charge.Equipment includes gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, colour TV and VCR. A tumble dryer is available in the Main House. Electricity/gas, linen and towels are included in the weekly charge. Cot and highchair available on request.Weekly lets run from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals from 3.30pm onwards, Annexe to be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure. Weekly charges are from £150 to £300 depending on season. Worcester is famous for its Cathedral, its Royal Worcester Porcelain Factory, its Worcester Sauce and the Battle of Worcester in 1651.
