The lounge, with TV, video and DVD player, has an original exposed stone wall and oak beams. Please note head height is restricted upstairs and would not suit persons over 6ft. It stands quietly in 97 acres of grazing farmland and commands outstanding views of the escarpment where the Battle of Edge Hill was fought on 23rd October 1642. It is ideally positioned 12 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon, 10 miles from Banbury, 25 miles from Oxford, 14 miles from Warwick and a 20-minute drive from the Cotswolds. It is only a mile from the large village of Tysoe which has an excellent shop, butchers, doctors' surgery, pub, tennis courts, beautiful 11th century church and restored windmill.
