Wainwright is a single storey stone Cottage suitable for a wheelchair  with a ramp access, extra wide doors and suitably sited light fittings, with plenty of room to seat 4 around the dining table, including an electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box, and dishwasher.  The large living/dining area is very comfortable
The bedroom is large with twin beds, radio and hairdryer. There is a large w.c. and basin and we have a suitable seat for the separate shower. 
The kitchen area is fully equipped and the large living/dining area is very comfortable with a TV/VCR and CD player)

 As it is all on the level it is ideal for those slightly unsteady on their feet - be they 9 months or 90 years.

If you are working in the area, it is only 20 minutes drive to the centre of Birmingham, N.E.C. or Lichfield and less than 10 minutes from J9 or J10 of the M42/A5.  Stratford and Warwick are 45 minutes by car.
