Horseshoe Cottage is one of three terraced cottages converted from stables sometime in the early nineteenth century. This self catering cottage is in Ludlow town centre, within the old Ludlow town walls but is in a quiet location. 

Shops, pubs and the famous restaurants are in a short walking distance, as is the Whitcliffe Common with its fine views of the River Teme, Ludlow castle and the old town walls. It is an ideal base from which to enjoy this part of Shropshire with its many interesting walks and historic towns or to visit the Welsh border towns.

The Cottage has recently undergone a number of improvements including a new bathroom, heating system and re-decoration throughout to ensure the accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing self catering holiday.

What the accommodation consists of.

Ground Floor. Step up to the front door leading to the beamed sitting room with period cast iron fire place and gas fire, for when you do not want to use the central heating. The leather settee and chairs provide ample seating while antique furniture and a dresser made by the famous, local furniture makers, Reynolds, complement the room. There is a step down to the open plan kitchen/dining room and separate utility room.
Dog legged stairs to the first floor. 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin, refitted bathroom with shower bath and toilet.

Pretty enclosed paved garden to the rear of the cottage with garden lighting, flower beds, garden chairs, barbecue, frogs and very tame blackbirds.
