Full oil central heating and all stone walls throughout the property make this the ideal cosy place to relax and unwind. Downstairs has a large well equipped farmhouse kitchen/sitting room. This is fully fitted with all pine units, 4-burner gas cooker, deep freezer, refrigerator and microwave. The large TV and Hi-Fi make this an ideal room for relaxation. Open wooden stairs lead to the double bedroom with en-suite leading off. This room has TV, video and radio and has stone walls and exposed beams leading to a vaulted ceiling.The cottage has its own lawned garden at the rear and this has a wildlife pond. The property has a natural stream running alongside and there are 2 ponds teaming with wildlife. The owners are happy for guests to enjoy the use of 3 further organic paddocks, one having direct access to the River Morda. This is a perfect spot to listen to the wildlife and enjoy the calming effects from the running river waters. There are local facilities for pony trekking, horse riding, fishing and plenty of opportunities to see local arts and crafts.
