Wattisham Hall Holiday Cottages is a charming Grade II listed barn conversion, overlooking 300 acres of fields, small orchard and a beautiful ancient moat. All Three cottages, Tithe Barn, Owls End and Willow Cottage are set in a tranquil courtyard which has a well equipped games room, communal laundry room and outdoor play area. Each property timber framed with beams throughout, with oak flooring and roaring wood burners. All properties have electric and full oil central heating included, electric cooker, microwave, colour television, video, dvd, radio/cassette/cd, enclosed patio area overlooking the moat, patio furniture, bbq & parking spaces. Tithe Barn and Owls End also have a dishwasher and private Hot Tub. Travel cots & highchairs are available. All bed linen and towels are provided, as is a welcome gift pack of bread, milk, butter and cake. One pet per cottage is allowed and all barns are non smoking. Tithe Barn Cottage has a spacious open plan living/dining-room with sofa-bed (for +2), wood burning stove, oak floor and French doors to an enclosed patio area with Tithe Barn's new private 'Hot Tub' overlooking the moat. The well-equipped farmhouse-style kitchen area is complemented with traditional oak units and brick floor. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one is a double bedroom with sloping ceiling and the other is a single bedroom. There is also a Bathroom with a shower attachment and a WC and a separate shower room that also has a WC. On the First Floor there are two bedrooms, one is a double/twin bedroom (6ft zip & link) and the other a twin bedroom both of which have sloping ceilings. The whole Tithe barn Cottage is beamed throughout.
