Leman Cottage has oil fired underfloor heating.

All kitchen appliances are new for 2003.
Pillows and duvets are provided; linen (sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases) also provided. Please bring your own towels.
Pets are not permitted and it is requested that guests refrain from
smoking in the house.
One night's free baby sitting by arrangement.
