Finningham is an attractive, rural village, seven miles from Stowmarket and a good central location from which to enjoy discovering the delights of Suffolk, including the Heritage coastline, Minsmere Bird Sanctuary and Constable Country. Places to visit include the Mid Suffolk Light Railway Museum, Henry Watson Potteries, Haughley Park and the Museum of East Anglian Life. You can enjoy countryside walks at Thornham Park and Redgrave Park or perhaps one of the waymarked cycle trails in the area. The neighbouring county of Norfolk is easily accessible.Riverwood Cottage was built just over four years ago and provides single storey accommodation. The interior is comfortable, homely and wheelchair friendly with easy access from the car parking area. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed, bedroom 2 with 1 single bed. Shower room/wet room with wheelchair access, washbasin and WC.Garden: Fully-enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue.
