A well-presented comfortable cottage, personally supervised by the owners, with gardens and off-road parking for one car (second car by arrangement). Recently renovated and refurbished, the cottage is situated in the popular coastal village of West Runton within easy walking distance of the beach and National trust countryside.The accommodation comprises: entrance lobby with stairs off. Lounge with open fire, kitchen/dining room. Cloakroom with WC and handbasin. Upstairs: One double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Bathroom with bath, over-bath electric shower, WC and washbasin. Cot/stairgate/highchair are available on request.Runton Hill Cottage is fully centrally-heated by gas boiler with thermostatic controlled radiators to all living areas. Equipment includes: electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine (tumble drying is available on request), colour TV, video and radio/CD player.All gas and electricity are included, as are duvets, bed linen and towels, plus a starter pack for the open fire. Outside there is a small, enclosed front garden and enclosed rear courtyard garden with garden furniture and small BBQ.Sorry, no pets and non-smoking only.West Runton is a typical attractive North Norfolk village set in a superb conservation area. The village has a variety of shops serving all everyday needs. There are several restaurants in the village together with a local pub serving both bar meals and a la carte menu.There are excellent walks from the cottage door. The local beach, within easy walking distance is ideal for 'buckets and spades' and 'crabbing' in the rock pools. The elevated Roman Camp area is National Trust run countryside offering spectacular views of the coast.
