There is off street car parking for 2 cars, one in the integral garage and one outside the front of the property. The safe sandy beach is less than a minute away and the town centre and amenities are approximately a 10 minute walk away. The property is fully double glazed and carpeted throughout with full central heating in all rooms and comprises:-

Ground Floor - Entrance door into hallway, stairs to first floor, door to integral garage and hall leading to cloakroom with WC and washbasin. Separate shower room with electric shower, shaver point and wash basin. Third bedroom with two single beds, which are 2ft 6” wide (sleeps 2). Wardrobe storage.

First Floor - Main double bedroom with a 4ft 6" standard size double bed. 2 chest of drawers and a walk-in wardrobe with shelves, hanging and storage space (sleeps 2). Second bedroom with one set of standard 3ft bunk beds and one standard 3ft wide single bed. Wardrobe with ample hanging space and a chest of drawers (sleeps 3).

The bedrooms are equipped with standard size quilts, pillows and blankets.

Second Floor - Lounge/dining room with comfortable seating and dining furniture. A sofa bed in the lounge converts to a double bed (sleeps 2) and is equipped with a standard double quilt, pillows and blankets. Patio doors lead onto south facing balcony. Kitchen with an electric full sized fan oven, extractor fan, combination microwave/fan-oven/grill, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Fully equipped with kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and all necessary kitchen equipment.

The house is equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, garden/patio furniture and a windbreak.

The lounge is equipped with a colour TV, Freeview Digital Box, Video recorder, DVD/CD player and stereo system.

Children and babies. The following items are supplied - travel cot/play pen, high-chair, safety gate, baby bath, potty, plastic mug, plate, bowl and cutlery. The travel cot can fit either in the main bedroom at the side of the bed or in the lounge. The cot is supplied with 1 cellular blanket.

All Electricity and Gas is included in the booking price.
