Bay Cottage is already a popular holiday cottage. New for 2006 is an oak framed annex alongside the cottage catering for couples, teenagers or visitors who want disabled access to a single storey high quality accommodation. There is a large bedroom/living room 5.6 metres by 3.9 metres and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom both of which have wheel chair access.An open beamed ceiling gives a real sense of space.The wetroom has underfloor heating and the space heating and hot water is provided by a Calor Gas system. Enjoy sitting on the covered verandah overlooking the large garden. Bay Cottage annex can be booked with Bay Cottage to provide accommodation for 9 persons or as a self contained unit. Prices for 2006 are very competitive especially outside school holidays! It is so new that it is still being built but will be completed for the spring of 2006 so there are no photographs yet.
