Private garden. 5 miles from Holt If you’re looking for a unique home from home for all the extended family to holiday together, then we have your answer: Look no further. The Studio sleeps 10 ( plus 2 sofa beds, cot, single mattress )in true shabby Chic laid back fashion, and provides more than ample space for the children to run around and play hide and seek. We are located directly opposite the marshes with outstanding panoramic views of the beach and Blakeney point, and a stones throw walk from Arkwrights beach café, the sea for a quick dip, and the seals for those with their walking boots. Our house is very laid back, complete with hammock, Moroccan wood stove, open fires, wardrobe full of beach stuff, badminton rackets and playroom to make you feel at home. Full broad band for those who'd like to bring their laptops to work with a view! We have old bicycles, a swing, a bench & deckchairs at the frount of the house where the evening sunsets can be admired across the marshes once the dirty wellies have been kicked off. At the back we have a beautiful little south facing walled garden, a total suntrap, with a lawn, border flowerbeds and garden furniture. Ours is an artists home, one pregnant with rustic character, providing inspiration both inside and directly outside the frount door. The house comprises of 5 double bedrooms, 3 with stunning panoramic marsh views. There is also 2 sofa beds and a couple of single mattresses and a cot for the little ones. These could be housed in the double rooms or in one of the 2 extra reception rooms. There is a large double sitting room with 3 sofa’s, armchairs, open fire and large old dining table which seats 10 ( we have 2 high chairs), tv, video, dvd, and stereo, piano. There is also a smaller sitting room, another dining room and a kids playroom next to the kitchen which overlooks the south facing walled garden. We have two bathrooms one with electric shower and bath, one with bath that two can share, washing machine, dishwasher and c/heating.This is where to come for your laid back holiday with family or a group of friends .
