Set in the pretty conservation village of Castle Acre, 12 miles from King’s Lynn, the Coach House is a sixteenth century flint cottage, perfect for a peaceful break. The cottage sleeps two to four people and is newly refurbished and well cared for by the owner. There is a kitchen which is fully equipped, along with the dining area and bathroom. Included with the cottage are many extras, such as use of bicycles, a boules set, maps and tour guides, picnic baskets and indoor games. Set in a quiet location, the charming cottage is close to the centre of the historic village which has shops, pubs and tearooms. Explore the castle and priory ruins on the banks of the River Nar. The area is good for people who enjoy walking, cycling, bird-watching and painting. The Peddars Way and the Nar Valley way pass through the village, and Thetford Forest is nearby.
