Located in Briston, an attractive village close to the North Norfolk coast, the Bolthole is a detached, 2-bedroomed house equipped to a very high standard. It has a mature, secluded and peaceful garden, backing onto trees and, beyond, open countryside.The house has two double bedrooms. A quality sofabed in the lounge provides additional accommodation for 2 extra people if required.Newly-refurbished, facilities include colour TV, DVD and video, hi-fi, gas flame open fire and separate dining room with large oak table seating six in comfort. The kitchen is especially spacious, modern and well-equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. In addition, there is a tumble dryer, as well as a full range of utensils, crockery and cutlery. All of these are new, with an emphasis throughout on cleanliness. A gas BBQ is provided, as well as garden furniture. The bathroom includes a large modern bath tub with separate shower cubicle, as well as a downstairs cloakroom. Off-street parking for 2 cars is available.The village itself is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is within 20 minutes drive of the coast and other places of local interest. Village facilities include post office, two general stores, traditional baker and butcher. There are two pubs, one with its own restaurant, close by.Fresh linen is provided weekly and is included in the weekly rate along with all utilities.Children are welcome, but regret no pets or smoking inside the house.
