Jott's Cottage is a very attractive brick and flint cottage tucked away behind the owners house with it's own private mature garden. It has been expertly converted from the old dairy and milking parlour retaining many original features including beamed ceilings. It is 14 miles from the medieval city of Norwich and 10 miles from the market town of Fakenham and is within easy reach of the beautiful north Norfolk coast. The accommodation comprises of a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room with casement doors to a patio a private garden, a barbecue and furnished outdoor eating area. A large sitting room, well furnished with a TV ,video, CD hi-fi and wood burning stove. The bedroom is equally spacious with double bed and TV. The bathroom is large and fully tiled with bath and over bath shower, WC and wash basin. With the wood burning stove and oil fired central heating it is also ideally suited for a winter break.
