Situated in this delightful market town, 24 miles from Lincoln and 10 miles from the East coast, Ashwater House is sited on a secluded site surrounded by fields and trees but within walking distance of the town centre. Our superb log cabins and cottages are fitted to a high standard, offering a wide range of modern facilities. All heating and lighting is included in the price, as is use of our 20ft deep coarse fishing lake, and use of Kenwick Park Health and Leisure club, 4 miles away, where you will find swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steamroom, creche, gym, tennis, squash, cafe, and a beauty parlour.Ashpot Cottage, of timber framed construction, is the largest of our holiday homes on offer. With four upstairs bedroom, and a further bedroom/study downstairs, Ashpot Cottage can accommodate up to eight people. With stairgates, fireguard and enclosed rear garden, this cottage is particularly suitable for families. Cots and highchairs are available on request.
