Our Spring CottageThe cottage has a very imposing entrance, being fully glazed, which takes you into the very welcoming gallery hall, from which stairs lead to the 1st floor and the main landing area. Off this landing and to your right is the lounge with wooden floors, beams and exposed stonework, the picture window taking in views of the surrounding countryside. On this floor are 2 bedrooms, both taking in views of the Goyt Valley and beyond, 1 with a four poster double bed to your left, the 2nd having a single bed and a further pull out full size bed which can be made up to provide a 2nd single bed.Also on this floor is a shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.From the entrance hall and down a short flight of stairs you enter the spacious traditional kitchen breakfast dining room with all the essentials you will require for your stay - a door leads from here out onto the patio area.There is a separate dining room adjoining the kitchen and also on this floor a further bedroom with a double bed. There is a 2nd bathroom with bath and hand shower attachment, hand basin and toilet.Felton Brook CottageYou enter the split level barn, into the main separate dining room, which then leads through into the inner hall, with some steps taking you down into the spacious and traditional kitchen breakfast room, with all the essential equipment you will require for your stay, and occasional breakfast bar.A rear door takes you out to the secure patio area.From the inner hall a further flight of steps takes you down to 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed the 2nd having 2 single beds. Also on this floor is a bathroom, with bath and hand shower attachment, toilet and hand basin.The inner hall then leads to the 1st floor and the lounge with a feature window taking in views across the surrounding countryside - a short flight of stairs from the lounge takes you up into the separat High Season Low Season Open All Year, Closed at Christmas, Closed at New Year Cottage |
