Surrounded by lovely countryside Top Stable Cottage has a  spacious sitting/dining room with gas log fire, tiled floor and colourful rugs. There is a TV, Video, DVD and CD player.  The open plan staircase off the main room leads to a equally spacious double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with corner bath and shower over. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven and grill and microwave. The property is also provided with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The self catering accommodation is adjoined to the owners home and is well maintained.  The cottage has a private garden with seating and BBQ. Parking is off road and enclosed (25 metres away) at the property.

Top Stable Cottage, Cross o'th Hands, Derbyshire is located about 1/4 mile to the south of the A517 Ashbourne to Belper road, between Turnditch and Hulland Ward. Cross o'th Hands, Derbyshire, is a small rural hamlet consisting of no more than a dozen houses. There is a village store and 3 pubs (all serving good food) within 1.5 miles.   

Prices are inclusive of gas and electricity. Bedding and towels are provided.

All weeks run from Saturday to Saturday with the exception of the Christmas and New Year period. Alternative start days are possible in low season or on last minute bookings by special arrangement.

Christmas and New Year are counted as High Season Weeks

Short breaks are also available by special arrangement

A deposit of 50% is required within 7 days from the time we reserve the cottage for you. The remainder is due six weeks before the holiday is due to commence.  A damage deposit of £75 is payable on all bookings when you make your final payment. It is fully refundable subject to the accommodation being left clean, tidy and undamaged at the end of your holiday.
