Bungalow East at Dale End Farm is one of two adjoining bungalows which are separate from the main farmhouse. The photo shows the view from the patio.

Bungalow East offers accommodation for up to seven adults. A cot is available on request.

The accommodation fronts a patio. Garden furniture is provided. Over two acres of paddock are to the rear. 

The interior is very comfortable and constantly maintained to a high standard. The rooms are carpeted and centrally heated throughout. Cleanliness and décor are personally supervised by the proprietor between each let.

Description of Rooms:

Combined lounge/dining room:
The combined lounge and dining room is fully furnished with dining table and chairs, couch, easy-chairs, coffee table, a remote-controlled T.V. with video recorder, radio, electric fire, and two Economy-7 storage radiators.

Kitchenette:
The kitchen is fully furnished with electric cooker, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, sink unit, cupboard, and worktop. Crockery, cooking utensils, toaster, electric kettle, coffee-maker, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also  provided. A tumble drier is  also available to guests: this is located external to the bungalow, in the main farmhouse's pantry.

Bathroom:
The bathroom comprises a bath with power shower, washbasin (with shaver point), w.c., thermal airing cupboard (containing the immersion heater), heated towel rail, and fan heater.

Bedroom 1:
The bedroom directly off the lounge comprises two single-beds with bedding, two wardrobes, dressing-table, storage radiator, and other furnishings.

Bedroom 2:
The front bedroom - overlooking the tennis court - comprises a double-bed with bedding, washbasin, wardrobe, dressing-table, storage radiator, and other furnishings. Electricity for Bungalow East - other than for central heating which is rent inclusive - is provided for by a coin-operated electric meter, which is also found in this room.

Bedroom 3:
The back bedroom - overlooking the paddock - comprises a double-bed with bedding, single-bed with bedding, washbasin, wardrobe, dressing-table, storage radiator, and other furnishings.

Tennis:
A full size asphalt tennis court is available for use.

Children:
The enclosed grounds are perfectly safe for children to play in. 

Linen Hire Service:
Bed linen and towels (but not tea/kitchen towels) are available for hire. 

Vehicle Parking:
There is ample off-road parking in front of the cottage/farmhouse.

Telephone:
There is an old-fashioned red public telephone box adjacent to Dale End. Mobile telecommunications coverage is limited, but a short stroll up the hill should ensure contact!

Arrival / Departure Times:
It would be greatly appreciated if occupants would arrive at Dale End after 3.30 p.m., and vacate the property by 10.00 a.m.
