The detached barn conversion, recently completed, is located in a rural position on the eastern edge of the Peak National Park, in the grounds of the owners property, providing good sized accommodation within its own grounds. A short drive will take you to nearby Carsington Water, Dovedale beyond for good walking, or Matlock Bath with good local attractions. You enter the accommodation, which has retained many original features, from the front into the good sized and well equipped kitchen/dining area with high ceiling and views of the patio and elevated lawned garden beyond. Off this room is a separated general utility area, which leads a separate ground floor bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and toilet. Off the kitchen is the lounge, with beamed ceiling and similar garden views. There is a ground floor bedroom, with beams (and external door access if required) with 2 single beds and is suitable for people with mobility problem. The stairs from the lounge lead to an open gallery landing area, with character sloping roof and a single sofa bed (suitable for occasional use) and writing desk.
